At EmpowerLfe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of the delivered date. Please review the following guidelines before initiating a return:

- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivered date.
Initiating a Return:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@empowerlfe.com or call us at 702-427-7744. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance when returning items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, size, or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
